Verify Minnesota state residency & Adult Basic Education status

Due to conditions stipulated by the Minnesota Department of Adult Education, CANVAS coursework by residents outside of Minnesota or people not part of a Minnesota Adult Basic Education program will not be graded by Panda staff, and therefore cannot result in CEU’s. Alternatively, anyone is welcome to engage with this course for personal enrichment without the expectation of CEU credit or instructor review.
