Minnesota Adult Education Distance Education Policy and Procedures

In this module, you will learn about the laws and policies governing Adult Education in Minnesota that give local programs and teachers several options for counting and collecting learner time (synchronous [seat time] and asynchronous [proxy hours]). It’s very important for all staff across the state to understand these options and implement them consistently. Learner attendance hours are directly tied to funding for local programs, so everyone needs to play by the same rules!
